How to order
Order is processed as below:

Step 3: Add products to your shopping cart.

▸ All doll production processes such as resin casting/painting/sanding at Dollpamm are made directly by doll artist Dr. MES.
▸ For made-to-order products(Resin doll) production period of about 120~180 business days(About 5 months) is needed.
-For work that includes additional face-up/painting, the production period may be an additional month or more.
-There may be differences depending on the order date and the quantity / content of the order.
▸ Personalized orders that cannot be ordered from the mall for fair trade are not possible.
▸ The actual colors and images of the mall's product photos may differ slightly from your pc monitor or mobile screen.
▸ "Seam line(Parting line)" Mold cutting line are not removed.
▸ In dark colors such as mocha/gray skin, traces of surface preparation and marblings may be prominently visible. (!Please choose carefully when ordering.)
▸ Depending on the production period, skin color may vary.
▸ We are not responsible for any problems with compatibility with other company products. (Skin color difference / Size compatibility / Magnetic pole direction)
▸ One order totals more than $500 (including shipping costs), can apply for 2 month Layaway plan.

- ▸ Dollpamm's all dolls are resin casting / processed directly by Dollpamm's doll artist (Dr.MES).▸ For made-to-order products,Resin doll production period of about 120~180 business days(About 5 months) is needed.(There may be differences depending on the order date and the quantity / content of the order.)▸ Non-payment orders, We will be manually removed after about 5~7 days.▸ International shipping delivery times may vary between 3~7 days and are shipped using EMS/ EMS premium.(see the country selection drop-down menu during shopping cart checkout).▸ EMS/EMS premium shipping will be determined by the country/ Volume / weight / size or by Base rate.▸ We also ship internationally to any country served by PayPal (see the country selection drop-down menu during shopping cart checkout).▸ Please remember that we do not have responsibility on any accident from condition of delivery handling and tariff.▸ Our Shipment, Return, Exchange, Etc. , please refer to our FAQ(click)- Customs and Duties
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

■ Product Order & Refund/Order change/Return/Exchange
1. After payment, Change & Cancel my order
DollPamm's the online shopping mall for the Customization dolls and related Art products.
We, after confirmation of payment to customer orders, start making art products.
For this reason, After payment is confirmed, it is not possible to without a special reason, cancel&change order.
※In the case of resin cast products and made-to-order products, order cancellation/change/refund is not possible after payment confirmation, so please think carefully before ordering.
2. Return & Refund Policy
● General off-the-shelf (Not a resin casting product)
- The items may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of your product's shipping finish date.
- If you want to return your purchase for any reason, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your item.
- Items that have been taken out of their original boxes cannot be returned.You will be refunded purchase price of item.
- Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Unless damaged by shipping, item must be received by us in the same condition as it was shipped.
● Made-to-order products
※ Refunds/returns/exchanges are not possible for resin cast products and made-to-order products.
● If applicable to the following cases, it can be possible to refund/returned/exchange.
- When you receive a different product than what you ordered
- A doll with incorrect parts such as hands/feet/arms/legs
(Example: right hand + right hand, left foot + left foot)
- Doll with an incomplete or unfinished parts
- Heavy damage visible at a glance from the assembly complete doll.
- Products was damaged during shipping
3. If! when discovery of the missing goods after shipping finished !
- After the delivery completion, for products that are missing within 5 days, We are very sorry, but, please contact our DollPamm Q&A board.
- By agreement with the customer! Products that are missing from delivery will be delivered free of charge or a partial refund will be issued for the product.

We offer LAYAWAY of paying in 2 installments.
We would like to provide LAYAWAY service in more installments to our customers, but we anticipate operational difficulties, so we ask for your understanding in only accepting 2 installments.

● Conditions for applying for LAYAWAY
- You must be a member of our dollpamm site.
- Total amount due per order - $500 or more
※ Orders that apply for LAYAWAY for orders under $500 will be canceled or deleted by the administrator without notice.
