1. After payment, Change & Cancel my order

DollPamm's the online shopping mall for the Customization dolls and related Art products.

We, after confirmation of payment to customer orders, start making art products.

For this reason, After payment is confirmed, it is not possible to without a special reason, cancel&change order.

※In the case of resin cast products and made-to-order products, order cancellation/change/refund is not possible after payment confirmation, so please think carefully before ordering.

2. Return & Refund Policy

● General off-the-shelf (Not a resin casting product)

- The items may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of your product's shipping finish date.

- If you want to return your purchase for any reason, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your item.

- Items that have been taken out of their original boxes cannot be returned.You will be refunded purchase price of item.

- Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Unless damaged by shipping, item must be received by us in the same condition as it was shipped.

● Made-to-order products

 ※ Refunds/returns/exchanges are not possible for resin cast products and made-to-order products.

● If applicable to the following cases, it can be possible to refund/returned/exchange.

- When you receive a different product than what you ordered

- A doll with incorrect parts such as hands/feet/arms/legs

  (Example: right hand + right hand, left foot + left foot)

- Doll with an incomplete or unfinished parts

- Heavy damage visible at a glance from the assembly complete doll.

- Products was damaged during shipping

3. When a missing product is delivered or a product different from the ordered product is delivered.

- We are very sorry for missing/misdelivered products, but please contact us through our Dollpamm Q&A board within 5 days from the date of delivery.

- By agreement with the customer! Products that are missing from delivery will be delivered free of charge or a partial refund will be issued for the product.
