Below are the steps on how to apply for Layaway.

Notes/Cautions before applying for LAYAWAY!

※ Orders that apply for LAYAWAY for orders under $500 will be canceled or deleted by the administrator without notice.

※ The doll production/preparation period begins from the time the final payment is confirmed

※ Payment method is PayPal only.

▼ Step 1.  Select the product you want from the products in your shopping cart, click 'Checkout', and then fill out the order form.

▼ Step 2. Enter all shipping information on the order form, check ‘Total amount due’ and fill out the LAYAWAY application/plan section at the bottom.

              (Application only available for total amount of $500 or more per order)

▼ Step 3. Select 'LAYAWAY' as the method of payment, fill in the fields at the bottom, and click 'PLACE ORDER' on the right.

▼ Step 4. Order completed with LAYAWAY applied! 

              Your order (order number) with the LAYAWAY plan applied will be created.

▼ Step 5. Please fill out your LAYAWAY application order/plan information according to the form set up on the LAYAWAY bulletin board.

※ And if you write a message on the LAYAWAY bulletin board whenever you complete the first/final payment,

   we can confirm your payment more quickly and safely.

You can check your order status and order history in ORDERS / MYPAGE at the top left of the homepage.

Click on the order number to check detailed order information and your LAYAWAY plan.

[ LAYAWAY 'ORDER STATUS' PROCESS ]

1. ※Awaiting Payment - Before payment / Before order confirmation 

2. ♡Order confirmed - 1st First payment confirmed / Order receipt confirmation status

3. ♥Preparing product - Final(2nd) payment confirmed / After confirming this order, We make a production plan in order of customer's order and proceed with the production

4. ▷Ready to ship - After registering the delivery application with the shipping company, we wait for the delivery staff to pick up the shipment.

5. ▶On Shipping - We hope that the product arrives safely~
