Preparation Period
About 5 months
Depending on the order quantity and season(weather), the preparation period of the dolls may vary slightly.
▸ The MOE product line can only be ordered for the specified pre-order period.
▸ Kitty ear parts are not included as a basic component of the doll (additional option).
▸ When adding a face, the head lid/ear parts are not included (JYO-JYO provides 3 types of mouth parts as standard)
▸ Even if you add a face-up, the additional face parts will not be face-up.
▸ The MOE line's A-type head ( MAI /RUMI /HINA ) / C-type head ( JYOJYO / CHACHA ) are compatible with both MOE34 and MOE43 bodies.
▸ Body parts (Kitty ear, Animal Ver./Human Ver. body parts) are produced and shipped in the same skin color as the selected body skin color.
▸ If order both human and animal body parts, It will be assembled and shipped as an animal body.
▸ Tail hole plug is a basic component when ordering the doll.
(When using the tail hole plug, It can be fixed with clay/tape inside the body.)
▸ Basic skin colors (Milky/Peach/Cheese/Mocha) can be ordered on the “MOE34 Basic Doll/Body” product page.
※ Face-up Option for basic skin dolls are not available.
▸ This product does not include ear parts, makeup, painting, costumes, wigs, eyes, or props.
▸ In slightly darker colors such as gray and mocha skin, traces of gate removal and various sanding marks may be easily visible. (Please choose carefully when ordering.)
▸ "Parting line" (Mold cutting line) are not removed.
▸ 1order total $500 or more (including shipping), can apply for 2months installment payment on the Layaway board.
▸ Doll production and face-up are handmade directly by dollpamm artist Dr.MES. (No outsourcing)
[Limited Face-up Notice]
● Face-up service can be terminated early depending on global orders, and can only be ordered during the first sale period(2023).
● When limited face-up is added, the product production period will be extended by about a month or more.
● When adding the JYOJYO face-up, two types of painted teeth parts are provided, and freeform mouth parts (parts without teeth) are provided unpainted.
● Personal request orders such as changes to face-up design are not possible.
● There may be individual differences due to handmade products, and there may be fine dust/dirt on the face-up surface due to the multiple coating process.
● Kitty ear parts painting is not included, and separate orders for ear parts painting are not possible.

[ Reference ]▸ Dollpamm is a shopping mall for dolls 100% handcrafted by doll artist Dr. MES.
▸ All doll production processes such as resin casting/painting/sanding at Dollpamm are made directly by doll artist Dr. MES.
▸ For made-to-order products(Resin doll) production period of about 120~180 business days(About 5 months) is needed.
-For work that includes additional face-up/painting, the production period may be an additional month or more.
-There may be differences depending on the order date and the quantity / content of the order.
▸ Personalized orders that cannot be ordered from the mall for fair trade are not possible.
▸ The actual colors and images of the mall's product photos may differ slightly from your pc monitor or mobile screen.
▸ "Seam line(Parting line)" Mold cutting line are not removed.
▸ In dark colors such as mocha/gray skin, traces of surface preparation and marblings may be prominently visible. (!Please choose carefully when ordering.)
▸ Depending on the production period, skin color may vary.
▸ We are not responsible for any problems with compatibility with other company products. (Skin color difference / Size compatibility / Magnetic pole direction)
▸ One order totals more than $500 (including shipping costs), can apply for 2 month Layaway plan.

Product preparation begins after payment confirmation for the customer order,
so order changes/cancellations/refunds are not possible after payment confirmation.
